I used a mixture of dried blueberries and dried cranberries in it. I also added some dark chocolate chips and a teaspoon of almond extract along with the vanilla extract. Although, being the kind of person that can’t leave well enough alone, I did add 1/4 cup of maple syrup to the mix. I also added in dried tart cherries after it was baked. It’s so good sprinkled on yogurt or just covered with milk. Thank you so much for the great recipe! This is staying in my permanent recipe file, and is the best granola recipe I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried a lot of them.
