LOVED IT! I made this for a holiday breakfast with my extended family and it got rave reviews. Also, my boyfriend was thrilled that we had a bunch leftover (I made a double batch) and has been enjoying it every morning. I did let the granola cool for 10-15 minutes before adding the chips & cranberries, but it was still warm enough to melt the chips somewhat, which resulted in clusters. Said clusters are my boyfriend's favorite part!

Made this today without the cranberries or chocolate, and it's pretty good. Without the extra ingredients it could probably use a little more sweetener. I'm planning on using it to make into a strusel topping for mashed sweet potatoes tonight.

Also, I made a half recipe, which in my oven took less than 20 minutes.
