They tasted great, so rich and chocolaty (and so fluffy!). I tried some with dark chocolate chips and they were even better! I will be making them often.

I plan to make them for a dessert sometime and top them with whipped cream and strawberries.

Whatever you got in the fridge will work, I just go rich when I can. I have made these with skim and it works fine.
