Wow, these are delicious! My daughter wanted breakfast for dinner and so I went looking for something a bit different. The description reminded me of pancakes I ate in Poland (nalesniki) so I tried it. My 14 year old can't stop raving. I served them folded into quarters with a little bit of strawberry jam and a small plop of whipped cream on top. I also substituted melted butter for the oil. The two of us polished off the entire thing, so I'm a little embarrassed that this is supposed to serve five! But they really were that good!

These are really, really thin --- cooked up like a tortilla, in fact! Thanks for sharing your recipe. (We did end up adding 1.5 tsp of baking powder and a little extra flour after making the first batch, to thicken 'em up for our kids! Still yummy!)
