DELICIOUS! I’m so picky about pancakes its t aken me years to figure out my perfect buttermilk pancake so i was leery to just jump in and try a random pumpkin recipe these are wonderful! lights and perfect. I did increase the pumpkin to 3/4 cup and the spice too cuz i’m a freak like that! but they are tremndous!

Loved them! Fluffy and spicy. I added an extra tblsp of sugar and some vanilla.

These were very good. The whole family loved them. Just enough spices and it made enough to freeze some for later.
