used PAM spray on griddle, only 1 T sugar, 2T butter.
It is fine stored extra in refrig for next day.

I forgot to add the oil with the other liquids and egg yolk so the first couple burned and stuck to the griddle. Definitely a keeper recipe though and will use again and again I’m sure. Very fluffy and had lots of flavor. I made them exactly as recipe and we loved them. I will definitely make them again. Just have to remember to have buttermilk. I think it makes the difference!!
