This recipe was delicious! I have always used my mother-in-law’s recipe, but this one beat it! Now I have to make sure to stock up on buttermilk for the weekends!

I’ve tried so many recipes for pancakes and was never really thrilled with them.

I’ve stuck with a boxed mix since that was the only way my kids enjoyed them.

But these are great! I mixed up the dry ingredients for a double batch and I leave it in a canning jar so all I need to do is add the wet ingredients to it in the morning and instant pancakes. I always add cinnamon and vanilla to the batter. My kids love it!

Wonderful recipe! I used 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup regular and the family thought they were so good!
