What a fantastic pancake recipe! I added a little cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. They were light and fluffy and my family gobbled them up! Can’t wait to make them again!

There should be a warning on this recipe “before serving to family make sure you want to make this frequently in the future”…. These are perfection! Thanks so much for sharing.

We loved them! I added about a tsp of vanilla after the 10 minute wait and then we made regular pancakes, blueberry pancakes, and chocolate chip. I just added in the berries/chips before I flipped them. Thanks!
