I make mine in a cast iron skillet which works very well. I top it with powdered sugar and lemon juice which seems to be a traditional way of eating it or at least a popular one. I would make one of these every weekend if it was more than just me around to eat it. Soooo good!

We love this recipe - like making one giant pop-over in a 9x13 pan. We usually have it for dinner, with strawberries and whipped cream, although it is certainly tasty with lemon wedges, butter and a generous dusting of powdered sugar (Dutch-Baby style)!

First time I took one out of the oven, my boys thought it was magic!

Definitely works best using a Pyrex 9x13 - our metal non-stick just does not give the spectacular puff.

I LOVE Dutch Babies/German Pancakes/Panakuken, but rarely made them, because every recipe I had seen required doubling batches and using multiple oven-safe small saute pans. Mow that I can feed my family with just a 9x13, I see this recipe being a favorite.

Thanks!
