I top it with powdered sugar and lemon juice which seems to be a traditional way of eating it or at least a popular one. I would make one of these every weekend if it was more than just me around to eat it. Soooo good!

We usually have it for dinner, with strawberries and whipped cream, although it is certainly tasty with lemon wedges, butter and a generous dusting of powdered sugar (Dutch-Baby style)!

First time I took one out of the oven, my boys thought it was magic!

Definitely works best using a Pyrex 9×13 – our metal non-stick just does not give the spectacular puff.

Mow that I can feed my family with just a 9×13, I see this recipe being a favorite.
