I would squeeze lemon juice over the top as soon as it came out of the oven and dust with powdered sugar.(didn&#039;t use choc chips)  Wonderful with a little apricot jam or syrup!  Thanks for reminding me of this!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I make pancakes for my boys like this all the time (chocolate chip especially)!  Much faster than standing there making batch after batch of small ones.  A tip:  I found that cutting them with a pizza wheel-type cutter really works great as well!]]></description>
