I had a huge craving for pancakes a few weeks ago and knew they couldn’t be that hard. I found this and adored it. They even worked with skim milk (although they didn’t rise as well as they probably would have with buttermilk). Thanks for making me feel like a pro and saving me from buying a whole box of pancake mix. Will definitely make these again!
