They turn out so fluffy and delicate. Very easy to cut with a fork, which is important to me since I have to cut up pancakes for three little ones before I can eat my own! The last time I made them I cheated and used Bisquick instead of all the dry ingredients. It worked like a charm! All I did was add the zest of two lemons and 2 T. of sugar to the recipe on the back of the Bisquick box. It really saved me some time and got me to eating faster, which is the whole point really
