		<description><![CDATA[I make this exactly as written - I love it!  The pancakes are delicate to flip, but really tasty.  I find cooking them on a little lower temperature helps it set up by the time I flip.  This is a treat for a weekend breakfast or occasional easy dinner.  Instead of syrup I serve them with lots of fresh berries on top.  Sometimes I add a little vanilla or cinnamon in the batter.  I&#039;ve probably made this 20 times since it was posted, including for company.]]></description>
