How would I incorporate cinnamon in this recipe? Because I made a recipe similar to this my freshman year in high school but it had cinnamon in it with powder sugar lightly sprinkled on top.

very good recipe, my whole family loved it. I used 3 egg whites and 3 eggs and whole wheat pastry flour. Just before serving, I added lemon juice, strawberries and powdered sugar.

We sometimes had this at home with Sunday dinner, but made with shortening instead of butter. My parents called it “Yorkshire Pudding.” Wonderful stuff!
