pretty good. I prefer sour cream or ricotta pancakes but this is a good basic recipe.

If I could give this recipe 6 mitts, I would! These turned out absolutely perfect. I highly recommend waiting to heat up your griddle until after mixing the pancake batter–makes them even fluffier! I paired these with Browned Butter Maple Syrup from SimplyScratch. Delicious!!

I am NOT a pancake fan by any means, but I actually like this recipe – and that’s saying a lot. It’s quick, easy, wholesome, and doesn’t require too much brainpower on a groggy morning. Thanks, shrekford, for sharing this wonderful recipe!

I will definitely be making this recipe again! I like that it’s all whole ingredients (not invented or processed chemicals). It has a slightly egg-y flavour in the first bite which isn’t unexpected but these are SO fluffy and yummy. You do have to cook them on a fairly low temperature or they get dark very fast. Super Like!
