I grew up overseas with more dairy based (even curd cheese based) pancakes and this was such a delight to find! Something in between that I love love love. My hubby and kids are so happy that I’m making lots of pancakes now, they love them too! :)

Believe me, you will be enjoying them in 10 minutes. So, quick. These are amazingly light and flavorful. The recipe made 8 pancakes.

I like buttermilk pancakes, but these are absolutely fantastic. I will not make anything else.
