Especially love the maple-glazed bananas; so easy & a perfect topping for the pancakes. I did have my pancakes stick just a bit to my griddle, but I think I needed to use just a bit more oil. Will definitely add this recipe to my collection and I can’t wait to use the glazed bananas as a topping for ice cream! Yummy!
