these are great! i added a little bit of vanilla and about 1/4 cup of cornmeal. very easy to make. i was a little leery of using oil instead of butter to grease the pan. in the end, i couldn’t do it; i had to use butter!

These are the best pancakes! Have made these several times and they are now my go to recipe for pancakes. Hubby said this recipe is a keeper. There are never any leftovers! Thank you for sharing.

Yummy! I usually add 3 cups of buttermilk and 2 eggs. This makes more batter and thinner pancakes.

We loved these cakey, fluffy pancakes. They had lots of flavor and they looked like something right off a small diner griddle. Delish!

So good! I used my little trick of whizzing the ingredients up in my Mix Master (legend has it that is how McDonald’s does their pancakes) and then let the batter sit for several minutes before using. Perfect pancakes!

FANTASTIC . . . They turned out fluffy and did not soak up the syrup. They were not dry and they just melt in the mouth. I probably will rarely every use a pre-made mix again, these are just soooo easy to make.
