These were awesome! Light and delicious. My husband just made them for Mother’s Day. He’s not a cook so he appreciated the very detailed instructions. He followed the recipe exactly and they turned out great.

These pancakes are incredible! My whole family inhales them. I’ve tried so many pancake recipes that are great, but lacking something. This one is perfect, and I haven’t strayed from it since stumbling upon it a few years ago. I’ve altered the recipe slightly (1/4 whole wheat flour, extra egg, occasionally add vanilla) and will make large batches of just the dry ingredient mix so we can have fresh pancakes quickly on busy mornings. These pancakes are so good and so easy to make! We had a house full for Christmas and they were enjoyed by all! I’ve also done the beat the egg whites recipe and the results for this recipe were so much better. Thank you for sharing!

These are great and easy to make. You can taste the hint of lemon when you eat them, but it works. These are thin pancakes and really nice because they don’t require a ton of syrup. My toddler gobbled them up.

This is the perfect recipe for pancakes! The best I have ever made, light and fluffy with great flavour. I left out the lemon juice because I didn’t have any and don’t really like it, then served with berries and pecans I caramelised myself. Great!

I made pancakes for the first time last weekend, and I chose this recipe. It was very easy to follow, although I think I made the pancakes a little too thick. Next time I will try to thin them out a little more. Still, they were delicious.
