		<description><![CDATA[I have been using meeshiesmom&#039;s dry pancake mix for about six months now and love it.  It really makes the perfect pancakes.  I haven&#039;t tried it with the blueberry batter until today and am substituting chocolcate chips for blueberries.  I don&#039;t have buttermilk so I tried the sour cream and milk mixture and I can&#039;t seem to get it to a thicker consistency at all. I&#039;m wondering if this will matter.  I&#039;ll post again with the end result.]]></description>
