I’m really bummed with these pancakes. The batter is super thin and spreads across the entire pan and leaves your blueberries too close together and causes steam which makes the blueberry bites soggy. I triple checked the recipe to make sure I did it right.

I was really pleased with this recipe. Good consistency for the batter and it cooked up into a really nice textured pancake with great flavor. Thanks for sharing. I will definitely be making them again!

These are the absolute best pancakes! They are so light and delicious! I actually like them without the blueberries in them, but they are so easy to make and tender is something I am so not used to in pancakes. We have a new recipe to use! Thank you!

These are awfully YUMMY! A little on the “very bad for you side” with all the butter and buttermilk, but every once in awhile I think that’s necessary!
They sure taste good though, a can’t miss!
