		<description><![CDATA[Very good!  This has become a favorite and we&#039;ve already made it twice in the past 3 days.  We did reduce the egg to 3 instead of 4 and halved the salt.  I&#039;m looking forward to trying it with whole wheat flour.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I halved the recipe, and subbed white whole wheat flour for the ap flour.  I loved how fast this recipe came together, and how easy it was to make.  It does have a fairly strong egg flavor in the finished pancake as opposed to a classic pancake flavor.  Next time, I want to use buttermilk and add a little vanilla extract, and get a more tart, custard-like flavor.]]></description>
