		<description><![CDATA[Oh, Mommaof10! That&#039;s terrible!  I&#039;m so sorry.

I always trim the bacon of extra fat when I cook it, whichever way I cook it, so it just didn&#039;t occur to me to warn about this.  I am so sorry, I hope your daughter is OK.  

Maybe you could line the tray with slices of bread, like you do when making a meatloaf?  That might soak up the excess fat.

My daughter received 3rd degree burns from bacon grease that sloshed out of of the pan when getting it out of the oven.
