		<description><![CDATA[Absolutely delicious!  I too used flax eggs, only because I was out of eggs.  I also used 1/2 cup of dark choc. chips instead of the walnuts because we were making it for a dessert, not breakfast.  Came out so light and fluffy.]]></description>
