Made just a couple of adjustments for us. I used organic maple agave syrup blend instead of pure maple syrup and added 1/4 cup of roasted flax seed. YUMMY!!! I was experimenting with recipes for when my aunt with celiac disease comes to town and this one is a keeper for our house even without Aunt Elaine visiting. :) Thanks!!

Weighing in on how good this is... I added flax seed and chopped almonds. It is delish! I shared with my friends and they loved it also, kids are even eating it by the hand fulls. Make this today, you will not regret! Thanks for sharing.

This looks interesting... But good! Does the quinoa cook up like normal or does it remain hard? Does it retain the same nutritional value when cooked this way. I know quinoa is a super food and I like to find new ways of using it and this looks like somthing my kids would eat. Hopefully someone out there will have an answer to this...
