I used French Vanilla Coffee Mate and it as quite good! For 8 slices of bread though, I would have needed more liquid, I got 6 delicious pieces of french toast from the recipe quantities. Otherwise, I don’t think the bread would have been sufficiently soaked. Very tasty recipe though!
