I love malasadas… they are actually portuguese! I am obsessed with leonard’s haupia ones and ted’s bakery makes really good glazed ones…

These were very tasty and easy to make. They puffed up nice and fluffy. Most people seemed to like them quite well, though one person commented they tasted like deep fried pancakes. I personally liked them, and plan to make them again. Thanks for the recipe!

Yea malasadas!! I have my own recipe but I am going to try these. Always looking for that malasada that reminds me of home and the Punahou carnival!
