By the time it was “done,” it had all burned but is still soft. I recommend cutting the coconut oil and butter both in half.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I love this. It is the best granola I have tasted. I couldn&#039;t find coconut extract so I doubled the vanilla extract. I also couldn&#039;t find coconut butter so I used 1/8 c canola oil and 1/8 c molasses. Thanks for the great recipe!]]></description>
