I cook for the family that owns Harris-Teeter Supermarkets and I started with them in 1982 and it was one of their recipes that we all so loved. The beauty of it is that it makes 2 pies and if you don’t need both you can freeze the other. We always had it at breakfast and all of the guests loved it. So does my family and it makes a great gift.
