		<description><![CDATA[I added extra cheese and extra ham. Didn&#039;t have frozen spinach on hand, so squeezed a ton of water out of canned and mixed it in with everything all at once.

I didn&#039;t really taste the Cream of Mushroom at all so can&#039;t say if it did or didn&#039;t add something to the dish. Overall it was a little bland. I will probably add garlic powder and more mustard (Dijon) if I make it again. Maybe some other spices or fresh chopped herbs.

It definitely wasn&#039;t bad, it just didn&#039;t seem to have the layers of flavor I wanted.]]></description>

I do have one question though - this says the cheese should be divided but the instructions don&#039;t specify how it should be divided (i.e. 1 cup and 1 cup). Also, the only mention of the cheese in the instructions is to top the casserole with it. I&#039;m guessing 1 cup of it should be mixed into the casserole and the remaining cup used to top it. Is that right?]]></description>
