So good! We made this for a lazy Sunday morning, hubby originally balked at the idea of waiting 30+ minutes to eat, but I think everyone was more than pleased with the results. =) Hubby, 4 year old son, and I all enjoyed every bite. Went with the orange zest and juice and the total flavor combos were really better than I anticipated (I was tempted just to use some other jelly to sub for the marmalade we didn't have). Does it take substitutions and alterations well though, for the future? I'm hoping so, in times when we don't have these exact ingredients on hand. Wonderful recipe!

My husband and I love steel cut oats, but get bored with the same ole' thing. This is definitely not boring!!! We loved it and the caramelized sugar on the top was such a great change. We have used this exact recipe and we have switched out for different fruit choices. Love it all! Thanks for the ideas!

Wow. I mean...wow. I love oatmeal. I would trade a piece of chocolate cake for a bowl of this. That's how good it looks. Can't wait to try it. Thanks!
