		<description><![CDATA[This is just fabulous.  Used the oven light method and it came out perfect.  It&#039;s yummy as is, or if you want thick greek yogurt then do the cheesecloth thing.  I was worried about the qty I&#039;d get if I used a gallon of milk so I only used a 1/2 gallon, but found once drained I had less than a quart of yogurt.  Who&#039;d have thought?  Next time I&#039;m using a gallon!]]></description>
