It’s so delicious! As my nephew got married at The Elvis Chapel in Vegas, I absolutely had to make some for him and his new bride! I made two versions: one with added grated coconut, coconut shaves and dried pineapple (“Aloha from Hawaii”), the other with extra peanuts, extra chocolate, pumpkin seeds and banana chips (“Too Much”).

This is a tasty granola recipe. It is not too sweet, so I feel okay about throwing in a bunch of chocolate. My husband loves to put it in his oatmeal.

Thanks for a great recipe! I didn’t have any maple syrup or peanuts, so subbed with honey and sliced almonds. I also added an 1/8cup Nutella, 1/4 cup wheat germ and some dried mix berries. So good! I made a huge batch so I could give some away as gifts

Delicious!! Thank you for sharing this wonderful granola. I had mine in the oven on one large cookie sheet for 30 minutes, and it turned out perfect!

This looks amazing – can’t wait to try. To really make it “Elvis” maybe add in some chopped banana chips with the chocolate chips!
