		<description><![CDATA[Had these Sunday morning!  Very good, too, but I added a little leftover chopped onion and bell pepper to the diced ham, then added the cold rice and heated it up before pouring the eggs in.   Great way to stretch a protein, and good re-heated, too!]]></description>
