I used diced sun dried tomatoes (instead of the spread) and threw them in at the same time as the spinach and it turned out marvelously.  Healthy and delicious; what more could you want?  Thanks for sharing this recipe!  (A note: I wasn&#039;t sure what size pan to use and went with 10&quot;...came out great.)]]></description>
