		<description><![CDATA[You can also simplify this by leaving out the seasonings and onion and milk.  Simply line the cups with ham, break an egg into each cup, break the yolk with a fork, top with cheese and bake.  I usually put these in the oven, shower, get dressed and then they are ready to come out.]]></description>
