It was great to be able to make the night before and just pop it in the oven on Sunday. I used cooked, crumbled turkey sausage and just layered it in with the other ingredients. My only problem was that my kale remained a bit too tough – not sure if wilting it a little longer would have resolved this. Any suggestions?
