		<description><![CDATA[Yay! I&#039;m picky, especially about breakfast and these are a perfect grab and go. For those of us that don&#039;t need 18 jumbo muffins this is what I did... I sautéed 1/2lb sausage then removed it. Then I added just over a cup of diced shrooms and a few handfuls of diced hash browns to the pan and cooked it. I then used a standard muffin pan that holds six muffins. Filled them with the meat mixture about 2/3 full. Four eggs with a splash of milk in a measuring cup filled them to the top. I had enough filling left over to make six more standard muffins. Thanks so much!]]></description>
