		<description><![CDATA[I eat something like this often, except I use a fried egg.  The poached egg looks like it would be even better.  I&#039;ve always thought poached eggs are so pretty and look so tasty but all my attempts have been disasters.  However, after reading your tutorial I think that I may have been making too violent a vortex, also I always try to crack the egg right into the vortex instead of using a bowl.  I&#039;m going to try again!  And your photo is beautiful!]]></description>
