No pasilla, so I had a combo of anaheims and jalapenos already roasted/frozen. No kidney beans, so subbed refries, just put them directly in the casserole as the bottom. Also had avocado left over and sliced it with the other garni. Hubs says to tell you: well worth washing the dishes for!
