I made this for brunch today - it was devine! Thanks so much for sharing your father's recipe! I followed your recipe and will definitely make it again but I may also mix it up, as you suggested.

Thanks for the great recipe for quiche! My family loves this recipe. I am going to try one without the crust, I see another commenter tried it this way and it turned out great. My MIL is gluten free because of an allergy, so I will try one this way for her. Thanks again, I will be thinking about you this Christmas morning as we eat our quiche.

We love this quiche. Usually I half the ingredients as we only need one pie. I've also used ham and onions or spinach. Yummy! Thanks for the recipe.

I have a couple in the oven right now. I used mushrooms, onion and bacon. My daughter used this recipe for a crustless egg dish for a brunch she went too and everyone raved. She tries to avoid wheat because of allergies and was so happy at how yummy this turned out. Looking forward to dinner tonight.

I believe that you can get all purpose seasoning at most grocery stores, but I don't know what it contains. If you live in NE-Oklahoma, you can get the Hammett House all-purpose seasoning from Claremore, which is what I use.
