Love, love, love these. These are by far Hubby’s favorite Tasty Kitchen recipe. I think he could eat them every day!

These are excellent for breakfast or dinner. I love to have breakfast FOR dinner, but my husband is not a fan…unless I make this! He loves it, and since I make the Restaurant Style Salsa nearly weekly, we almost always use it, and have the eggs and cheese on hand, so it’s one of those things we always have the ingredients to whip up, and makes eveyone happy. Plus clean up is a breeze! Hooray for Huevos Ree-Os!

My new favorite way to eat eggs. It’s become a new go-to dish for me, although I substitute corn tortillas for flour tortillas because I’m weird like that. This is also one of my favorite recipes on TK so far too. Quick and delicious!

This is a quick, simple and delicious breakfast for those mornings when you think, “Eggs? AGAIN?!?” The flavor of the runny egg yolk combined with the tangy picante sauce and creamy cheese is just divine. We had planned to serve these with some seasoned black beans in addition to the tortillas, but were so hungry that we forgot to make them. Oops! Next time, I suppose…
