I can’t believe I never thought of doing this before! I will do this with sausage or bacon too. So nice to have a fast and easy hot breakfast and the leftovers reheated well the next morning too.

I used sausage instead of ham because we’re not big ham eaters at our house. Next time I might use more cheese and cook for less time because for me personally they were a little dry and were missing something but my husband loved them.

It’s tough to get my toddlers to eat in the morning, but they LOVED these! (I baked some in a regular-sized muffin tin, and some in a mini-muffin tin.)

We called them flying saucers and they gobbled them right up. Thank you for the great idea!
