We put alot of different things into it.

If you don’t have a broiler, I think finishing it off in the oven would work too….putting this in the oven makes the egg puff up more.

I don’t precook the potatoes. I just add them to a frying pan with a little olive oil, and cover the pan. I turn the heat to high for a few minutes. Then stir them, add the veggies, and turn the heat down. I also usually add garlic minced, or sliced. Then put it all together, the sausage, potato mixture, and eggs, in one pan, sprinkle cheese over the top. And let the cheese melt. Mostly because I don’t have a broiler!
