I have made this several times – for breakfast and dinner! It’s fast and absolutely delicious. AND, it’s as easy as it sounds. I highly recommend this!

I’ve made this for my husband and I three times in the last two weeks. It is absolutely wonderful AND easy! We had it for dinner one evening with garlic toast and glasses of wine ~ perfect!!
