		<description><![CDATA[LOVED IT! I had to change up some to accommodate tastes, but love this is so adaptable. I even made two for me with a spinach base, mushrooms, tomatoes, few bacon crumbles, and mozzerella cheese! YUM! The kids loved the regular version, but we only had bacon so I put shredded potatoes on the bottom and bacon on top of that, Thanks for a great recipe!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[This is the first recipe I&#039;ve tried on Tasty kitchen, and it was yummy!  I added some fresh Parsley and used gouda instead of cheddar because it was what I had on hand.   It was very delicious.  I would recommend baking the egg until it&#039;s almost set before adding the cheese next time.  It was a little runny. other than that, it was great!  Now I have to think of a meat-free egg muffin for Mother&#039;s day!]]></description>

Freezing them and having them ready to pop in the oven for quick meals is also something I bet would work really well with these.
