My chickens provided the eggs, and I am always on the lookout for new egg recipes. I live in the middle of nowhere and was surprised to find that the Walmart carried fresh mozzarella and sundried tomatoes. This one is definitely a keeper. I served it with oven-baked sweet potato fries.]]></description>
