		<description><![CDATA[Update on my review - still making this 9 years later and everyone still loves it.  Always add at least 1/2 lb sausage. Does not need to be challah bread - I&#039;ve used various white breads.  Also to up the creaminess sub part of the milk with evaporated milk.  I discovered this by accident when I didn&#039;t have enough milk and was halfway through making this.  That day I really got great responses to it!  LOL]]></description>

What I also liked is that it froze well and reheated easily in the microwave so I treated myself to some yummy work breakfasts!  Am making again today!]]></description>
