Used sour cream instead of regular cream as that was what was on hand and used smoked paprika as seasoning. Nice that you can just pop it in the oven and leave it til done. I think there is a lot of room to play with this recipe, i.e. add green onion, use different deli meats, use different seasonings, etc.
