i loved the flavors in this dish. i used my food processor to grate the onion, apple & sweet potato, and it ended up a little coarser than i would have liked, i think. maybe because of that, i wasn’t really pleased with the texture of the inside of the cake. the outside was perfect and it tasted great. i added a little bit of honey to the mustard sauce to mellow it a little. overall, definitely a recipe i’d make again!
